My cookbook is a mixture of my family recipes and my own creations – combining everything I’ve learned growing up in an Italian family, while studying & cooking abroad in Florence, Italy plus everything I’ve taught myself about pasta making over these last 10 years – which is A LOT!
Each pasta includes a delicious yet simple sauce which can be swapped with whatever pasta you want – from light to creamy, buttery to baked – creating endless combinations for you to choose from!
